• You must not share any personal information you learn through volunteering outside of the organisation, unless you have permission or are required to do so as part of safeguarding procedures.
• You must not store or share photographs, documents or any personal data relating to participants or other volunteers without explicit consent and authorisation from Shiverpool Community Spirit CIC.
• If you are unsure about whether something can be shared, you must check with a staff member before disclosing any information.
• Breaches of confidentiality may result in your removal from the volunteer programme and could, in serious cases, be reported to relevant authorities.
• We will provide training or guidance to ensure you understand how to handle data and personal information appropriately.
