Founded by the multi award-winning Shiverpool team, Shiverpool Community Spirit (SCS) is a creative force for change rooted in the streets of Merseyside.

We reach those who need us most through long-standing grassroots networks and local partnerships. We work with parents, carers, teachers, youth organisations and community leaders to identify and engage those who would otherwise be left out.

We Believe

In the Power of Community Spirit

That change happens with people, not to them

Everyone has a story to share and that those stories can change the world!

Our small but highly skilled core team brings together over 100 years of expertise - We have a strong track record of recruiting, training, and supporting freelance practitioners including, performers, makers, writers, visual artists and designers to expand capacity as needed, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness without compromising quality. Our team were commended and awarded one of the highest marks of 93% by Visit England VAQS assessors for the quality of skills training.
